And he asked...so why are we here anyway?

Greetings, dear ones, I am Kryon of Magnetic Service. The masters had a phrase: "It is well with me, it is well with my soul." They would say it even in times before death, in times that were frustrating, and in times of difficulty. It is because they were focused on one thing and one reality - that the love of God inside them creates love of self. We have said this before. We have channelled it many times. We've even told you that it's the secret to mastery. Get to the place where you are content with that which is in you, which is God, and let all of the other things around you slowly develop in appropriateness as you learn what to do with your life. Do not decide in advance where you're going to go or what you're going to do.

Shortly, we'll give a channelling that outlines the difference in energy between the very ancient past, the relative past and the energy that is in the shift. We'll give the attributes of how a Lightworker deals with specifics and how things have changed. It's coming [given in Buffalo, New York]. But that's not today.

Today I wish to give you the profundity of the Akashic system that is Gaia and humanity. What I want to do is explain your relationship to a system that seemingly is complex and esoteric, but that literally defines your relationship with the earth. Every so often, I will give this kind of channel, where absolutely nothing in the message is anything you can prove. It's not science, but instead it's spiritual, and this one is about you.

Is it possible that the whole purpose of Gaia is to support humanity? Is it possible that Human Beings are not simply another mammal on a planet moving around the sun? Is it possible that the energy delivered from the vibratory rate of this planet is based upon what humanity does and will actually affect the Universe? The answer's yes to all. So if that is the case, what kind of a system is in place that would allow such a thing to be? That's what we'll discuss now in this short amount of time.


The Energy of the Planet and the Akash
Let us speak of Gaia and the Akash. You might have heard that Gaia is an energy, which is of the planet Earth. Gaia is sentient [conscious]; Gaia has innate intelligence; Gaia, therefore, has an intelligent consciousness that "knows" about you. Gaia is able to converse and speak much like Kryon does. If you have heard that, you'd be right.

Gaia's energy speaks in so many ways, and one of them is seen by looking at the Akash. If you asked Gaia what this is, it would be defined as the "life force of the planet." This takes into consideration everything that is alive, including those things you don't even think are alive. So the concept of the Akash of Gaia is huge and is very grand. But tonight, I wish to speak specifically of Gaia's system of the Akash of the Human Being in relationship to the earth. We speak of Gaia's cooperation in the Human spiritual experience, and that essentially everything revolves around the Human, even the planet's purpose.

If we start at the beginning and give simple definitions, we will say that there is a system to keep track of who is on the earth. Now you may not think Spirit wouldn't need a system at all, and you'd be right. But Gaia does, and there is a reason. For every single Human soul that comes to this place called Earth makes a difference as a unique energy that actually modifies the life force of Gaia. So when that soul arrives, Gaia creates a record, and more. So here come the specifics.


The Cave of Creation
Many times I have reviewed a concept with you that I again present. Deep within the earth, there is an interdimensional cavern that will never be found. It has 3D properties that connect it with Earth reality, but it is also multidimensional. This is difficult to explain to you since you only perceive reality in a single-digit dimensionality. So I can explain all I want, but my explanations fall short of your understanding. It would be like I spoke to you in your language and suddenly changed to one you had never heard, where the words were jumbled, backwards, and all rearranged in a nonlinear way. Not only would you not understand the message, but the very strange language itself would be disturbing for you to hear. This is how multidimensional things appear to you - chaotic. But I will at least give the information as best I can so you will know the "what," if not the "how."

The Cave of Creation is one of the only physical objects on the planet that is a dimensional hybrid. That is to say it has three-dimensional properties that absolutely you would see and understand if it were visible, which it is not - for it can never be found or detected, and it won't be. Within this mulitdimensional place is the record of who you are. Again, it's called the Cave of Creation.

When you come to the planet, this is the first place you visit, even before the birth canal. When you leave the planet, it's the last place you visit before you come home. It, therefore, is the depository of the record of humanity - all of the lives that humanity have lived and the very core soul essence of who each of you are. Here is more information on how it works. It is the Akashic Record.

Each soul in the Cave of Creation is unique. Let us take yours, for instance. What is your spiritual name? It's not a name you can pronounce, dear one, but rather an energy. That energetic name is partly the name of God and is recorded in the Cave of Creation metaphorically, as a stripe on a crystalline structure. The crystalline structure, you might say, is that which remembers the vibration of who you were. So when you come into the planet for the first time, there is a crystalline structure waiting for you (since the potential of your arrival is known). As you live on planet Earth, Gaia and the entire system "knows" you are here. Then you pass over to the other side of the veil. When you leave, you visit the cave again and enhance that crystalline structure with an energy of everything you have done. Then you leave the earth, but the crystalline structure with your information remains.

Now, let us say you come back to Earth, and you're going to have another life and another earthly name. Before you arrive within the birth canal, another stripe is added to the crystalline structure. Note: It is the same soul, but now has stripe number two. As it develops on the planet, the cave knows you will return and activate or awaken the stripe every time you return. So, therefore, you have a crystalline structure for every soul, not every lifetime. Some of the souls represented have a thousand stripes! So perhaps you might understand that there are far fewer of these crystalline soul records than you thought. One for every soul, not every life.

Now I want to tell you something: There are old souls in this room and reading this. That's who you are. Even the one or the two here that have come to this place not necessarily for the program, but to be with somebody else, are old souls as well. You don't have to know about spiritual things to be an old soul. Many walk this earth and never awaken to who they are, for this is their free choice. But the fact is that the Humans who often come to meetings of this kind are the ones feeling the calling to be part of a shift of the planet, the end of one age and the beginning of another. These are the ones whose eyes are on the page now.


The Mysterious Functions of the Cave
So the Cave of Creation becomes the Gaia record of who is here and who has been here. This, then, is the physical part. What I tell you next is the interdimensional part that is confusing to the Human Being. Listen: The cave is static in 3D and yet dynamic in multi-D; that is to say, there are never any crystals added or taken away in 3D. That means that there's a crystalline structure for every potential Human Being who will ever live on planet Earth. Now you might say, "Oh, no, that doesn't make sense. It sounds like predestination. Spirit knows everyone who is coming?" No we don't, but this is not predestination. Instead, the cave is predisposed in a quantum way to be complete every moment. A quantum energy deals with potentials, and not empirical [absolute] attributes. Therefore, as things change on the planet, the cave changes quantumly, but not physically. The crystalline structure counts do not change. I can't explain that to you except to say this is a quantum event. The cave is always complete. It always has all of humanity in it. It is connected to the past, present and future.

The very confusing thing for you is that this means you are actually interacting with those who are not here yet. Again, I can't explain it any better than that, and your three-dimensional mind is not ready to go on that journey. But know this.

The cave is complete.

It's sacred.

It's sealed forever.

The soul crystals remember your lives and the energy of your lives.

The soul energies within the crystals interact with each other.

The lifetimes you live modify the energy of the cave and, therefore, Gaia.

Gaia is there, since the cave resides interdimensionally within Gaia.

So, in summary, this cave becomes the record of souls, of their many lifetimes and the energy that they create. Now listen to me, for this is the focus of this message. Whatever you do on the planet, whatever vibrational energy you create on the planet, is imbued into these crystalline substances. The record of that life energy remains on the planet with the accompanying vibration within that crystal - forever.


Mary and George
Let's say you are Mary tonight. I'll talk to you. Mary, when you cross over, the cave is where you're going. It's a three-day Earth journey. Mary, old soul, you've been there before. Oh, Mary, you've been there before - and because of that, you go there in joy. You remember it! You know where you're going, and you remember what it means. You're going home. There is no sting in death, for although there might be a temporary fog of interdimensional reconnection, you remember the feeling of joy! This is the promise to you, Mary, that we all take your hand and you feel it. Death of the Human Being is a transitional energy, not a terminal one. There is no "end," but rather a journey to an energy that you remember the moment you take your last breath.

Let us say Mary is a healer. Let us say Mary has increased the vibration of this planet by her very presence of walking on the earth. Let us say that the earth remembers Mary's footsteps, because Gaia knows who she is. Let us say that Mary is in touch with her Higher-Self. Let us say Mary has created a mini-portal wherever she goes because of this, and now she passes over.

There is a gathering of Humans... much sorrow. They are so sorry to see her go because she was a marvelous presence, a wonderful mother and loving Human Being. They cry and there are tears and there is grieving. Well, here's the metaphysical truth: Mary goes to the Cave of Creation and everything she ever was, and the portal she created as a Human, is imbued into her soul crystalline structure. That portal then remains because Mary was here! The marvelous presence, the wonderful mother and the loving Human is not wasted! It's imbued into Gaia itself, through the process of the Cave of Creation, and that energy of remembrance never goes away. It never goes away! It becomes part of the earth life-force consciousness from then on.

Then she comes again as George.

Don't just laugh, because here's the real process and the beauty of the system. Ready? When George comes in, he picks up Mary's record! Then both George and Mary go to the next area of Akashic teaching, the second of the four parts we are teaching today. The system continues.


The Akash Within your DNA
Everything that is represented in the crystalline of the Cave of Creation regarding your core soul crystal is transferred to your DNA at birth. You transfer it in the Cave of Creation. That's why you go there. It's becomes your personal Akashic Record, every lifetime you've been, everything you've ever done is all in your DNA. As we have mentioned before, this Akashic Record resides in every double helix in a multidimensional way, and is represented by the billions of chemicals in the 90% of DNA that science sees as junk! Science is looking at it with 3D eyes and it seems vastly complex with no symmetry or order. It is, indeed, multidimensional to the max! But it's all there in a beautiful system. We have told you that before. But perhaps you didn't get the full implications of what it means?

Think. George, you now have George and Mary in your DNA, but only George's body is there. So, what is George going to do with Mary's lifetime in his DNA? I'll give you the answer. Everything that Mary learned is now available to George. Remember that Mary and George are the same soul, just taking a different form on Gaia at the moment. The beauty of the system is this: The Higher-Self is also the same, since it represents core soul energy. Therefore, George doesn't have to learn again what Mary learned! It's in his DNA. Even the compassionate mother is there. Mary's spiritual journey is there, and at a level that could care less about gender, the love of God is there, created by the journey of a Human soul on planet Earth.

Listen to me. You came into this life and you sit in the chair hearing and reading this - and you're learning spiritual things today. Maybe you think there is a steep learning curve and so much to know? Maybe all this is new, and you are overwhelmed with all this information and the feelings that go with it? Let me tell you, old soul, that you are simply awakening something you already knew. If you give intent, old soul, you will remember it!

What if you are a very old soul on this planet? That means you're going to have the wisdom of the ancients in your DNA right now. It means that every page you read in a Kryon book, you can say, "I remember this. It's right. There's nothing new here. But it's nice to see it in writing."

Let us now look at the first two attributes of the Akash of humanity. (1) The Cave of Creation is a record of who comes and goes. The energy thereof stays with the earth and helps the vibration of the planet to change. Therefore, human lifetimes modify the vibration of the planet. (2) The DNA of each Human contains the individual record of the one soul and helps the next incarnation [Human expression on Earth] to become more aware, if this is their choice.

Look at the first attribute in this lesson: It's Gaia related. The cave is in Gaia. It is deep in the earth and it represents many crystalline structures. "Known by the earth," you are. Loved by the earth, you are. Those of you who deal with Earth-like things - nature, animals, even the study of the rocks and land - can feel it. When you walk in certain places, you can feel it! The intelligence, which is Gaia, speaks to you. There is a confluence of energy that wraps around you that says, "I know you. You belong here. It is appropriate that you step upon the planet." Oh, Human Being, for what you do here will change the Universe eventually. Can't you feel it? How many of you have ever walked into a forest alone and felt the company of the trees? That's real!


Animals
I speak of the precious animals all the time and how they're here to service humanity and how they do it so completely. I've spoken about how some of them are here to be eaten. Many don't like to hear this, but understand that collectively the animals understand this. They have to be part of the Human food chain, since humanity doesn't have the ability to grow things fast enough and distribute that food. So that's a service, you see? For those of you who are vegan, you might say, "I never eat them!" That is a choice for your health. It's appropriate and accurate, but doesn't hold true for the survival of the Human race, for animals are needed for Human nourishment and survival at the moment.

So let's divert for a moment and give you some valuable information about Human consumption of animal life. Many Humans need to eat them, but never understanding that the animal knew this when it came in. Is this too spooky for you? This is known by those who know of animal spirits and can see the sacrifice and appropriateness of this. It was also very well known by the ancients. But here is the question, dear Human: How do you treat them? With that kind of purpose on the planet, how do you treat them before they become your food? How did the ancients treat them? Now that's a hard question, isn't it? Let me give you an attribute of truth. Did you know the better they're treated, the more nutritious they'll be within your body? "Kryon, please don't talk about that. We don't want to think about it." Dear one, if not me, then who? Listen, if these animals are willing to come and be so grand a part of the life-force of this planet and help it to vibrate higher by keeping you alive so you can make choices, don't they deserve respect and comfort while they are growing up? The end result will be a far better contribution to your health. Let the scientists lead the way and do some comparison studies to show that the nutritional values increase dramatically when an animal is honored during its short lifetime. The ancients knew this and honored each animal before it became part of their life-force.

There is no Cave of Creation for the animals. They are here in support of humanity. Some of them are here to love you and you know that. We speak of the ones in your home. They're here to love you - another great service to Humans. You look in their eyes and they look back. They see the old soul within you, did you know that? They know the system. But they don't live very long, do they? Sometimes there is heartbreak when they leave. But the good news? Yes, they can reincarnate! They have choice with you to continue the love affair! I don't know how many dear ones in the room are aware of that system and I want my partner to develop this more clearly so those animal lovers will know this. When their dear loved animals die, they can continue the love affair if they want to by looking in the right place and finding the returning soul, picking it up and continuing what they had. There's somebody in the room and reading that needed to hear that. There is a system for their core souls to return!

So in a way, many animals have souls, too, but they're not in the Cave of Creation. They don't have the profound system of planetary change that you do, which is a consciousness that can increase itself by free choice. The Human is the only being on Earth who can do this, because the Human has divinity in the DNA. It was implanted there, appropriately and with love, approximately 100,000 years ago by that which is from another star system.

We have given you all this before. In all appropriateness, the Humans on this planet received their spiritual seeds from the Pleiadians in a beautiful way, in an appropriate way, in a divine way, in a perfect way. There were no wars, no conspiracies, and these beautiful star souls are still here. They're your brothers and your sisters and a piece of them is in you. You're in a quantum state with them. I can't explain that anymore either. But some of you can feel it. Some of you can see it. It's beautiful, and it's not inappropriate, odd or scary. Instead, it is the real creation story on the planet and can be found in the indigenous writings all over the planet. Look for references to the seven sisters and the stories about creation.

In your DNA surges all that you ever were, old soul, and we have told you in many channellings how you can access this. This access is not just as spiritual information, but as the ability to access some of the Human attributes that you had in the past. The essence of the energy of who you used to be is in your DNA. Therefore, this Akashic information has the ability to communicate to the blueprint of your stem cells. Remember, it's all within the same double-helix structure that contains the protein-encoded section, your genes! Are you understanding this? Your DNA is, therefore, a far larger system than any medical authority has ever believed it to be. It is an interdimensional system that has the ability to modify itself at any time. It explains spontaneous remission. Spontaneous remission is the Human Being who decides they're done with the disease, and who then picks up the energy from a past life that never had the disease. Many Humans have rid themselves of the most virulent diseases known to man. They suddenly come up clean with no trace of it - spontaneous remission. The dreaded disease simply goes away. I'll tell you, dear one, that is not a miracle from above. That's a miracle from within.


The Crystalline Grid - The Third of Four
Let me tell you number three. There is a grid of appropriateness that is being activated in this energy today, like never before. It is an esoteric grid, which means it is spiritual in nature and you cannot see it. It has a name that should give away what it does. It is called the Crystalline Grid. Crystalline is the name given to it so you'll understand it is a storage attribute of Gaia and it stores life-force information. It is similar to the Cave of Creation regarding the purpose of the crystalline structure - information storage.

So let's refine the definition from the above for clarity. The Crystalline Grid of Gaia [the planet] is a grid of the earth that is esoteric [spiritual] and that stores the life-force energy of humanity, the energy of you. Now this is different than the Cave of Creation. The cave is a record of who you are and what you've done. The energy of your contribution to Earth [whatever it is] goes into the cave, becomes part of the earth, and stays there. The Crystalline Grid, however, is above the earth; imagine it laying upon the earth. This grid is on the exterior. You can't see it, but it's there.

Now, this Crystalline Grid also contains imprints of your energy, but is location specific. The best example I can give you is this. When you go to parts of Europe, you might feel what has happened there. There are layers and layers of war. Some of you have a hard time meditating there. It's difficult to clear the land, isn't it, because of what's happened on the land? The Crystalline Grid contains everything that ever happened and where it happened. You see? So it is a location-specific Human energy storage grid. Is it part of Gaia? Absolutely. It lays upon Gaia like a blanket of energy of Human consciousness.

Did you ever notice that when you go to certain parts of the planet where almost nothing happened significant in Human history, it's clear and clean and you meditate better? I want to ask you something. Do you think this has an effect on where the spiritualists in this new energy come from? Take a look at where all of the channellers have come from in the last 25 to 30 years. They have come from the pristine lands that never had major wars [many from the western portion of the USA]. Did you think of that? Take a look. This is because it's easier for a Human Being to relate to a pristine essence of Gaia. It creates a far stronger spiritual connection. Again, here it is. The connection with Gaia is there - the connection with the earth. Why the earth? Because Gaia is part of a measuring system, a vibrational measuring system. There'll come a day when the earth is measured for its vibrational attributes - attributes created by what the Humans did. Collectively, the entire Human experience lays upon and within this planet, and creates a vibratory rate that is measurable by Spirit. That's the Crystalline Grid.

A while ago, we gave you some of the attributes of this Crystalline Grid that you didn't expect. It's in a recent channelling [Berkeley Springs, West Virginia]. You can read and understand even more of the energy it contains. It even explains ghosts. The Crystalline Grid contains a quantum imprint so strong in certain areas that even though the Human Beings have left, the imprint of what they did replays like a tape. Go find this information if you're interested.* That's how profound the Human influence is upon Gaia.


A Summary
So here you are with this information. Interesting, isn't it? There are three places where your Human energy exists at the same time. (1) The Cave of Creation - it keeps a record of who you are as you come and go, and imbues your lifetime of experience to the vibration of the planet even after you have gone. It is the multidimensional system that captures the Human experience for Gaia and it stays with Gaia. (2) The DNA in the Human body helps you while you are alive in each lifetime, for all that you ever were is information and energy that is stored in the double helix. All thousand lifetimes are there if you've lived a thousand of them. They are all accessible. You never have to relearn anything spiritually since it's cumulative - that is, it stays with you from lifetime to lifetime. All you have to do is open that spiritual jar of intent to remember, and out will come the wisdom of the ancients. This ought to tell you something. All of you are your own ancestors. Did you think of that? (3) The Crystalline Grid - a spiritual grid that lays over the planet's surface that remembers everything that Humans do and where they do it. This grid is also being reactivated as you approach 2012, for it is becoming more quantum in that what you do in real time is being transferred to Gaia through this grid in real time. This means that the energy of humanity is affecting the vibrational level of the planet in actual time instead of waiting to receive the energy after you pass to the Cave of Creation. This also creates a feeling of time going faster for you.

Look at the ancestors for a moment, for they knew something. Look at their wisdom. What is the first thing they did when they started a spiritual ceremony? They honored their ancestors! They all know intuitively that their ancestors are still with them. That is always first in their order of honoring. Before they make decisions, they always go to the ancestors and ask them for wisdom. The indigenous know how to mine the Akash, they always have, because they realize the circle of life contains accessible information. They know it's inside of them. They also knew Gaia and considered the earth as a life-force partner - a partner in their soul life. Oh, dear one, if you study the ancients, you're going to find everything I've given you today. They knew. Intuitively, they knew.

The Backup System is Alive
Lastly, here is something we have spoken of only two times before. Years and years ago, we gave you some information that we now complete. It may be hard for you to understand the following, but the three systems I just gave you are mostly Gaia related. Even the Human DNA is part of the Gaia system, since it represents a biological evolvement of humanity on the planet, from the dust of the earth. Yet there is a backup system for all of it, a redundancy that isn't the kind of "backup" that you think of -- for your backup is something that is linear, in case you lose the first one. This "backup" system is one that assists the others all the time. The information of those three combined Akashic systems are stored in a living mammal on this planet. It has to be this way, for it is the final layer and it connects you not only with Gaia, but it connects you with the rest of the life on Earth in a most profound way. The system is stored in the whales of Earth.

Let's talk about whales for a moment. You love them, don't you? By the way, ask a biologist - a dolphin is a whale, just a smaller one. Did you know that? You love the dolphins, don't you? Did you realize that the whale is the only mammal on the planet protected by treaties signed by almost all of the countries of Earth, even the countries without an ocean? What a coincidence! There is an intuitive level of all humanity, no matter what their system of government, no matter where they are, which knows that you can't eliminate whales or you'll change the life-force balance of Earth. They hold the records. It is the cycle. The whales are in Gaia; they're under the water. They're mammals like you. They contain the information. The Akashic cycle is complete. The very water of the earth also glows with everything you've done, who you are and who you might be.

Do you see the profundity of the system? Look at what it is about: It's about you. All of it. Why would the earth be designed so intelligently to keep track of you, to honor you, to know who you are and the spiritual name you have? Why would that be unless you were important, unless you were part of the master plan, unless you had something to do with the Universe's future. Think about it. That's the system. I won't be the only one to channel this information to you. There are others who've never heard these words, who will tell you the same thing. If you get a chance, you might even ask Gaia, and she'll tell you the same thing.

Gaia exists for the sacred Human Beings who are on this planet in lesson. I give you this in love today. I want you to think about something. Everywhere you walk, you're known by the earth. What a system! Why do I give this to you today? It's so that you continue to feel loved and cared for. It's so you know there's a hand-holding going on between Spirit and you and Gaia, if you want it. There are so many things here for you if you want them. Old soul, you sit here for a purpose. Maybe you needed to hear this today. Important you are, precious you are, and a master you are. Now go claim it. Live a long time. Be joyful in the process. Don't make up your mind what's supposed to happen. The worst thing you can do is predispose what God has for you based upon what you think is happening now. Instead, relax, be joyful in all things, and fall in love with yourself.

Leave this place differently than you came.

Where have you been?

Good question. Manifesting and creating away is the answer. Have not had the desire or need to write...have been acting instead. Moved to Newport Beach to open up LA for my organic farm. Created and still creating a wonderful diverse crew of souls to spread the sustainable word. Got a place a half mile from the Pacific just at the top of a hill...been running up and down it. Created the next move to San Diego already...taking care of business here first...have drawn some good people to me to help me...and have found myself teaching without preaching.

An interesting day we had: we were all in the valley ( 105 that day )..and my van started to make a very loud and anguished sound..almost a cry for help really...The crew freaked out for a moment..I stopped the van told them to be quiet and to hear a smooth running van...went out to the hood and calmly asked for help from my angels and thanked my van for all the years it has helped me and others and how much I was grateful for being there for all of us...and then I asked it to repair itself and I would take it in to the van spa...I then said thank you and blessed it..

By now the crew was looking at me with complete silence and mouths open...I got back in and said " we have a relationship..it will be okay now "...put it in reverse and then drive..no noise...to this day even...

I started to realize that all things have a consciousness..all things...everything really...it's just that everything vibrates at a different frequency...( read Gregg Braden..he explains it better..)

When we respect all around us and and treat all around us with Love...it comes back in so many wonderful ways. I think there are miracles every single moment of our lives...in fact one could say constant miracles.

Live inside a miracle by choice. You are a miracle...and you can produce as many as you wish. So where have I been? Producing miracles and learning who I am and helping others to do the same...on a daily basis..without teaching and preaching...just living them one day at a time. And when you do there is nothing to say really...

All I have created is happening as I wish...all of it...just exactly in tune with what I am ready to experience. It is perfect.

I used to write to discover. Now I just discover and writing has become action. I may be back to write again..or I may just live it. Right now I choose to live what I feel and feel what I live instead of write about it. I feels right.

The futrue's so bright..I gotta wear sunglasses..

Greetings dear ones, I am Kryon of magnetic service. Again we are here in a way that may seem strange to many. I want you to get used to hearing this voice and understanding the reality that is here. Perhaps you might ask yourself, "Is this real?" You might say, "Kryon, I'm having a hard time believing that you're really channeling, that the voice comes from the other side of the veil. It's just so difficult!" If that's what you're saying today, Human Being, I will say that you are blessed to be so honest with words coming from the struggle to work out of the three-dimensional box you are in.

Dear one, if you ask the right questions of your own Higher-Self, of your own belief, of your own psyche, you then start have things revealed that you didn't expect. For it indeed is a quantum experience on the other side of the veil. My partner [Lee] and I are linearizing this conversation for you. This is a quantum experience and that means that language is only a small part of it. The audio that you hear and the words seen on the page are only a portion of it.

In the past, we have spoken of something called the third language. This third language, identified some time ago, is not a language in linearity. It is instead a language of the catalyst of the three. We use the three in numerology to represent a catalytic action number. That is to say that all of you have the ability to receive what is being given at a level which is quantum, and not a language such as words on a page. Even the reader of this particular message can ask for a quantum experience and then be in the session with those who are in the room in real time.

We're going to give you some science. We've chosen, perhaps, an odd place for that [Albuquerque, New Mexico]. But we really haven't, for we think in a quantum way. We wanted to come to this place and honor those who built this building [The Indian Center]. We want to honor the ancestors who are here, listening. We've come to a very quiet place in the stillness of the southwest in order to give a message of clarity, and purity, so that others will also receive it in this fashion.

Science for today
When we give a scientific message, I ask my partner to go very slow. Some of the things we speak of now have been revealed to him, and some have not. So I asked him to proceed slowly, for it will be heard and read clearly and much will be seen around it. For what follows in this message is not just esoterics. There will be practicality presented and there will be physicists looking at it... and that makes my partner nervous.

This is not going to be complex, for even the one sitting in the chair who doesn't understand science will still receive what they need to receive through the third language. They will understand why these things are being given and appreciate them. All through this process, the entourage who has poured into this place, who represents the ancestors of all of you, resound with it all. Even the ancients who are here, and who are wrapped into this building, into this place, where my partner gives a message of science, are pleased.

Reassurance about Global Warming: what is happening?
This message is not necessarily a long one, but one which you have to hear. It's about the environment and science. So let us start with some assurance and positive news. Let us review one more time that what you are seeing in weather changes on this planet have not been created by Humans. What you have called global warming is not global warming at all, and I say it again: It is part of the cycle that always was. This information is not new, and we told you these things some years ago when the idea of warming first was presented, and fear was the result. We also called out the weather changes you are seeing now, back in 1989 when my partner began this journey with me. Long before the idea of warming was popular, I was telling you to expect this cycle.

The North Pole has melted several times and come back several times. It is waxing and waning. The water evaporation cycle [what Kryon called the water cycle] is the way Gaia works. However, this time it appears to be here sooner than expected, and that is alarming to many. If you were to ask Gaia right now to come in to this place, Gaia would give this message: "Humans have not caused this." Could it be any clearer? I give you this information so there would be no alarm sounded regarding it or actions taken that might be in response to a false idea.

However, at the same time I tell you that there is a mandate to change how you create your energy. What you put into the air is significant, for it is a hazard to your health. What you put into the air hurts Humanity, not necessarily Gaia. Gaia is far more resilient than you think. Gaia adjusts in ways you don't expect, and faster than you expect. Your contribution to pollution is insignificant compared to just a few natural volcanic eruptions of the past. Gaia takes care of Gaia, and the process is not new, or a surprise. However, for humanity we say, "Clean up the air and you will live longer." It's not about stopping a weather cycle that you have created. Hardly! It's about common sense for life.

It's going to get colder. That's one of the subjects of today. You're going to need more energy to combat the cold, and we have given you advice in the past regarding this, and one of them we wish to revisit today. For it is time for you to think out of the box of three dimensions when it comes to some of the things that we have discussed with you.

You think in a straight line. You don't necessarily think past certain concepts, but rather you assume things that then create straight line thinking. At the same time I give you this information, I will also tell you that this particular concept is already known on the planet. It is the way of it. We do not give you something that has not already occurred to a Human Being. Free choice is what we have told you is the operative word. So in order to honor this free choice attribute, the things presented today must have already occurred to a Human Being before we will deliver a message like this. This creates a situation where the Humans are manifesting it, not just using hints from Spirit.

When these insights are received by humanity, they normally land as inspiration on the planet in more than one place at a time. That is to say, epiphanies of discovery happen all at once, usually three to four places in order to assure that they will not be lost. It's like this: The vibration of the planet is like a big door that opens and closes with the vibration of an enlightened or non-enlightened humanity. If you chose to close this door by creating a low vibration of the planet, then information, invention, and discovery are lost. They actually go away, since humanity doesn't even care to look! However, when the vibration becomes higher, the door opens and discovery and invention just "lay there" ready to be seen. So Spirit does not dole out inventions, but rather the system you have created allows for it. For high science is always there no matter what, but the Human Beings on the planet temper how much of it becomes available by how high the planet vibrates with human consciousness. This explains how you have lost so much science in the past 50,000 years. There were societies who actually were far more quantum thinking than anything you currently have today.

There is an actual irony here in that you have higher tech inventions today, but far lower conscious of understanding. You have marvelous computing power that only is programmed for 3D! Later this will be funny to you.

There is tremendous energy available to you directly from the earth, and it's free. It is not what you call free energy, for you have to build an extractor to get it. But it's everywhere; its forever (you don't use it up) and it's called geothermal energy.

New ways to obtain geothermal heat
It's all below your feet, not really that far away and its natural heat. It's hot enough for you to drill down and create steam. If you can create steam through natural process of thermal energy, then you can drive steam turbines and create electricity. That will create the power you need to survive some harsher winters and to heat your homes. Electricity may not be the most efficient method to use to heat a home, but it may be the cleanest in comparison to the methods that pollute the air. If you can create the electricity itself in a very efficient way, it becomes far more viable for everyday use.

Using steam, there are other ways to create electricity as well. Humanity is fond of very elaborate steam engines, and you've been using them a very, very long time. Today's nuclear reactors are simply very expensive steam engines. You heat water using nuclear reactors and create steam with that heat, which then drives your turbines. So we're giving you something to think about. For nuclear power, as clean and good as it is, has bi-products which are dangerous and you know this. Geothermal, although very clean, can also be dangerous. So now we open the discussion of something new.

If you can drill approximately five kilometers into the earth, you will find enough heat to make a steam engine work. Now, five kilometers to you is not all that far as measured in a straight line along the surface of the earth. Many of you actually walk that distance to school and work and realize that it's not that far. But if you're going to drill that distance, technically it becomes difficult and dangerous. It's not just dangerous for the driller, but can be dangerous for the planet. On the way down through the crust of the earth to the five kilometer mark, you go through pockets of attributes... releasing gas perhaps; releasing fire, perhaps; releasing water, perhaps. If nothing else, sometimes you interrupt what we will call the integrity of the lubricant of the shale itself. What I'm saying here is you might even advance the potential of an earthquake, all by drilling down only five kilometers.

So now I'm going to give you the answer of how to make steam without drilling so far down, and it requires thinking "out of the box" of what you have always assumed. All along you're thinking that you're going to drill down and put a pipe in the earth with water in it. You put water in, and get steam out. However, what if I told you that you only have to drill down a fraction of that distance, and you will find enough heat to boil fluid! You'd say, "Impossible." This feature exists over the hot spots of the earth, which have heat very close to the surface, but those attributes don't exist in most of the places we're asking you to drill. The answer is not to use water. It's time to marry the highest technology that you have on the planet, with things you didn't expect to marry them with, and this is thinking out of the box.

This is the kind of thinking that is becoming a little more quantum, seeing the entire picture instead of just seeing what you think it should be, or what you are used to. There are solutions here, and some already know what they are. There is elegant chemistry that will boil at a fracture of the temperature that water will, and this is the answer: Learning to use those substances and those fluids with this chemistry within a geothermal closed system machine, which doesn't have to drill down five kilometers. How about two kilometers? Using this known chemistry it will be possible to drill only a fraction of the distance, and get the heat you need for steam.

So we tell you this because you're going to need to do this. If you heed this advice, you'll find that the timing and the synchronicity of discovery is at hand. That is to say, you will understand it all and realize that the elements will fall together and you will get your steam engine. And it won't take five years to build and it won't be dangerous and you don't have to cover it with a shell. Much easier. It won't belch smoke. It won't pollute, and you don't have to worry about being next to it. Think about it... natural heat from Gaia that is forever! It will create electricity you're going to need to heat homes and businesses... because eventually it's going to get colder. That's number one.

What Humanity needs the most right now
We're going to give you one other insight: This is not new, in that the following information was known, then inappropriately sold and pocketed by industry. Since the idea is already known, I'm going to give it to you here so that the public can see it and anyone with synchronicity who listens to, or reads this message, will understand it. Even you sitting in the chairs will understand the concept, but the scientists and the physicists will then have to implement it. We would not mention it here unless it were very timely.

The resource that humanity is going to need the most as the population grows, as the weather changes, is what you probably already had guessed: Fresh water! Already it's becoming scarce. You will notice the snow is falling more and more in the wrong places, and often in areas that have no infrastructure to capture the runoff. The reservoirs and aqueducts are built for the old energy with the old weather patterns. As the population grows, water will be the issue.

The New Desalinization Answer
Here is one immediate answer. It is a profound thing when the earth is mostly water, yet you cannot drink it! The answer is to use the sea and the ocean, and convert it. The ocean, of course, is not fresh water, so you have to ask how to extract the salt.

Desalinization exists today in a very inefficient way. Large amounts of water have to go into vats of containment and sit there while heat is used in various ways. There are various systems, some of them steam, some of them not, all requiring heat to take out the salt. It takes a long time. It's expensive and not efficient. Therefore it is not tenable to desalinate for an entire city. Instead, only places that simply have no fresh water at all have a system like this. It becomes a necessity of inconvenience and expense instead of a good solution.

Now, I'm asking you to think out of the box and I'm going to give you the answer of how to desalinate water in a new way. My partner, I want you to go slow here.

Most of the largest cities on earth are on the coastlines of the ocean... very near water. This is because over time those coastal areas were the places where trade could happen with ships and ports. So you end up with the largest cities being on the ocean. It's a good place to start, is it not, to get water for them, from the source which they can simply look at and use? The answer is not that difficult, but it requires something that has not been considered.

The highest technology you have today has to do with the smallest of the small. You call it nano-technology. It is chemistry and even chemical machines, extremely small, taking form as what you would call robots. These ultra small, molecular sized robots exist today, and are at the pinnacle of your new inventive efforts. Even now, your science is considering how to insert them into the Human bloodstream to seek out and kill disease... as an enhancement to the white blood cells that you currently have. That's how small the nanoparticles are.

Naturally there are objections to this, since it seems to alter the Human body. It doesn't, any more than any supplement that is not naturally created, which you have learned can help you with pain, disease, chemical balance, or even to sleep at night. So it joins forces with the kinds of science that has been given to Humanity to help keep you alive. Remember, that although we teach that a Human Being can use their own consciousness to do that, there are millions who will not believe it, or not be interested in that. So science takes up the slack, so to speak, and there is much today that is known to assist the quality of Human life that is not metaphysical. This is a balance, and is proper and appropriate. Still there are those who will let their own child die, rather than use science to help balance a disease. They believe that anything that is not given from God is not appropriate. It's time to fully understand that good science is simply the discovery and implementation of the way God created the Universe. Used with integrity, it is appropriate, God-given, blessed, and was allowed to be discovered due to a higher-vibrational Earth. In other words, you earned it! Therefore to throw it away or call it evil is to not understand it.

A man is very thirsty. He is very religious and prays for water to be given to him. Along comes another man with water, and offers it to him. The thirsty man rejects it, saying that he expects it only from God and will wait. He dies thirsty, never understanding the synchronicity of God is through other Humans! Learn to appreciate the science that is given to you to extend your life, for this is appropriate and is given to Humanity for this reason.

Nanotechnology is becoming smarter. Science is learning to make the robots intelligent through chemistry, through logic, through electronics. It's like the logic of a computer, which can cleverly help you to do many things. It doesn't think for you, but rather it assists you in tasks you can't do yourself. These tiny smart robots can help desalinate water.

I'm going to give you a task: You're going to build a desalinization plant where the water never stops flowing, and where salt can be removed in real time, and a by-product created that you had no idea about. The water never has to rest and never has to be cooked. There is no heat involved at all. Using nano-technology, the water goes in one end of the machine, and it comes out the other in a steady flow. In—salty, out—fresh, and ready then for standard purification.

The first stages of the system require that you release enough nano-technology robots assigned to find the dissolved salts and attach themselves to them. Here is the secret, however: every single robot is magnetized! I am the magnetic master, after all.

All of the salt then becomes magnetic, with tiny little nano robots hanging on to all of it. On to the next stage: Flowing into the next area, the water is exposed to tremendous, huge electromagnets, pulling the salt out of the water completely and totally, because the salt is now magnetic! Out it goes. Over simplified, perhaps, but this is the way of it. No heat is involved.

Now, the by-product... you won't believe it! Oh, and this will be controversial when you discover it. Magnetic fields applied to water often create water that is quite healing. Do you see where this is going? What a device that might be! It would be quantum, you know, because it uses magnetics. There would be those who will say that magnetically treated water is bad for you, since you are altering it in a way that is not understood. They don't realize the amount of energy that other Humans have gone through to find the healing waters of the earth! Now you get a bit of that while desalinating water! There will be no proof either way of what is happening, so that will make it controversial. All people will know is that fewer people are getting sick!

So this is what we wanted to give you today. This is what we wanted to have recorded today in this way, so that you might hear it and it would be published. I wish to tell you what we see in the future, based on the potentials you have developed. We're not going to give you a time frame, for there is none.

The Future of Science
The information I'm about to give you can be two generations away, maybe even three. But it all has to do with quantum invention. Physicists, listen. I'm going to give you something you already know, and it's possible. It involves another field of science but it opposes everything three dimensional you've ever learned. Humans are funny. Even in the highest math and geometry, everything is defined in a straight line. Therefore Humans just love to define a circle as a polygon with an infinite number of straight lines. That's funny! It's almost as though a circle didn't exist in nature, and the Human has to create a formula using a straight line object for it to exist. Interesting, isn't it? I'm just giving you the Human straight line bias, and its fun to look at. Bubbles have always been around. They're beautiful, you know? They're natural, you know? The circle is a natural occurring event in space, as well... think planets. But Humans want this shape to be an infinite number of straight lines.

Like cartoon characters on a page, the stick figures find a few three dimensional properties in their two dimensional lives, and they "prove" them by creating an infinite number of stick figures to explain the shape.

What you already suspect is that gravity and magnetism all naturally bend. They don't go straight, and they never have. What about light? It doesn't either. When affected by the other two, it bends also. That should tell you something. Nothing is really a straight line at all! The only straight lines around are the brains of the Humans. [Kryon joke] You're not using the right kinds of math either, and we told you that long ago. There's an elegance of math that is quantum and if I begin to tell you about it, even in the simplest terms, it's going to seem overly complex.

The New Math is coming
Quantum math uses something that is going to be discovered and we're going to give it a name: influential numbers. These are numbers that do not have empirical values, but instead have values that are influenced by the numbers around them. Four is not a four. Four is modified because of the numbers that sit next to it, as in a formula, or in linearity as in counting. Each time a formula is manufactured in a quantum state, the numbers within it are all influenced by the others around it. This is because all of the numbers in that formula are modified by the numbers that are next to them. They're influential numbers. If the four is used in a linear way, it is affected by the five, or by the three. They all influence the numbers next to each other, as seen in the conceptual sense. The reason is that a quantum reality is one that is never linear or has the attributes that you think are "normal."

However complex, it is not random, and there is indeed an elegant system... a beautiful thing when you find out the attributes and see the consistency of the change. Chaos does not look like chaos when you understand the "chaos rules." Eventually, when you see this, you will then have the formula for a circle being a whole number, not an irrational number as it exists today. It won't be pi. Instead, it will be "pi solved." We ask the physicists to work it backwards if you have to, in order to get a whole number of pi. That will give you a hint and what has to be done with the rest of the computations.

Imagine mathematics with influential numbers! For each number is not empirical but influenced by the one around it. I'm giving you high math now, and here's how it's going to serve you: Because when you start to understand it, you're finally going to understand what I'm going to call the Holy Grail of Physics. That's a Human term [Kryon wink].

In your straight-line thinking, in your bias, you have many 3-D formulas, don't you? And when you look at the basis of physics, you talk about matter having mass. In those things which have mass you've even figured out the atomic structure and density. You are proud of the consistency of the formulas, based on what you see around you, and you think they're static, don't you? You think there is a formula for everything, and it explains how things move and react. "If it has a certain atomic density and mass, then it weighs this or that in a certain gravity. You've got it all figured out.

Indeed, you have! But only in 3-D. So as soon as you become quantum with these formulas, they all stretch and become different. All this to tell you yet again, that it is possible for you to alter the mass of any object in existence. It doesn't matter how large or small or how dense it is. You can alter the mass of it, and therefore (pause..) the effect that gravity has on it. There is no such thing as anti-gravity, only the control of mass. So whatever formula you have in 3D that tells you how much something should weigh, can be then changed by controlling the mass of the object in question. Therefore you are not changing gravity (which is really a quantum product of two other forces), but of the mass of an object. And it has to do with controlling the atomic density, or apparent density as seen by gravity.

In Yugoslavia, there's a famous workshop. Historic it is, for it belongs to the man who thought out of the box, Tesla. In that workshop, there are marks on the ceiling made by the objects that took off from his workbench and went straight up! They shattered, hitting the ceiling hard! Nikola was frustrated, for he had discovered the creation of massless objects and didn't know how! He thought out of the box... the only one in existence to ever give you a blueprint on how alternating current might work. Oh, it's more than 3-D. Study it, for it's elegant.

All of this that Tesla did was created by magnetics, and this was also the basis behind the experiment in his workshop. However, in Tesla's time there were no computers or any of the finite instruments you have today to measure or create tiny fluctuations in magnetic fields. He accomplished the creation of altering the mass of an object, but he couldn't control it, and didn't know exactly how he did it. Frustrated, he was. By the way, he's back. I'm not going to tell you where. Maybe he will read this and know what to do next?

Clever, it is, how magnetic fields can be arranged around other magnetic fields. Even solutions [fluids] can be magnetized to create clever shaped fields within fields... sometimes at right angles to each other, sometimes not, to give you a condition that will create a change in mass. None of these things are out of the purview of Human development. How long it'll take? We don't know. That's up to you. But do you understand what it will change? Everything! It means that the things of science fiction are finally yours. What you called anti-gravity is simply an object with controllable mass. It'll float no matter how big. It's doable. Maybe it's time to implement it?

"Kryon, why do you tell us about these things?" With this we close. The answer is that we want you to stay here. All of this is given in love. We want you to stay here! And you're not going to have much luck with that unless you start thinking more quantum, unless you start accelerating the inventions and put some of the politics out of the way. But the countries which must do this are the ones who have the highest technical abilities and they also have the highest influential structures that are in the way of it all. It is time for the population to understand this and turn the physicists loose and not strap them with those things which are political, or industrially or efficiently "appropriate." Perhaps you don't know what I speak of, but they do.

In the process of this, there will be life extension; in the process there will epiphanies; in the process you might even find that this message was accurate and true. Somewhere down the line, if you do, then you've got a puzzle, don't you, physicists? Don't you? If you're listening to this, you've got a puzzle, because who is it who is speaking from the other side of the veil, giving you information that is true and real and scientific? At some level, you're going to have to say it's real. At some time in the future you're going to have to admit that the spiritual and the science is allied, and that the energy that created the earth and the magnetics and the gravity and all of the things you studied, is a piece of you... since the creator is inside of each of you. Then maybe you'll open up?

It all has to do with this puzzle: Is this real or not? Is Kryon real or not? Is love real or not? Well, some of you know, because you've sat in the presence of the creator today who loves you. This family on my side of the veil, loves you. It's a wonderful Valentine message, isn't it? So we say to you, dear ones, that all of the things that we talk about, whether they're scientific, or have to do with your Akash, or your core soul, or a Higher-Self, are given for one reason: to make the life you are living on this planet easier. It's so you may discover the compassion that is the glue that puts you together with creation, that changes the earth itself, for the shift is upon you.

What you call the 2012 energy is already here, having arrived approximately 1998. Let this be what it is supposed to be, a time of high consciousness, of scientific evolution with integrity, with an economy that is a re-emerging with integrity, with government that slowly changes old energy. There is a new paradigm occurring, with things that you would never put together in the past. This is an oxymoron - cannot exist together - integrity and government - integrity and insurance - integrity with banking. A new paradigm is upon you, and this shift is difficult. We have the warrior and the worker in the chairs in front of me. They know it because that's why they came: the Akash is alive and well in you, dear ones, and you know who you are. I know who you are. And I celebrate each, each one.

And so it is.

Message for those that can hear..

I want to speak with you about the continued application of your intentions for a new way of Being upon this World. You are each creating this new World in each moment and you are all in the thick of it right now. Each of you have gone deep within and have temporarily disconnect...ed with the outer happenings around you and so you each feel as though you are in limbo and taking actions of any kind at this time requires great effort. Our advice, Dear Ones, is to ride this wave and not worry so much about it, this too shall pass. It is a process of redefining yourselves and your World and what it is you truly want.

The next step for each of you is to start manifesting what you internalized during this process into outer manifestation. It is time to practice your co-creatorship and create, create, create! This is how you come into your Mastership, this is how you create the World you want to experience. Become focused and clear on what it is you want to create, have, be and do, and make it so. Do not rush this process, make it an adventure each day. Play with it and have fun with it. Start each day in joy and gratitude for life and the grand opportunity that is before you. You are supported and loved in all your aspirations, dreams and desires so do call upon us.

The World around you is moving along, seemingly with the same activities and motivations as before but we tell you that this is an illusion those who are losing ground are desperately trying to maintain and it is well that you are not giving these attempts any credence or attention, for as these attempts to distract and disempower you continue unabated, those who are just Awakening are beginning to see through these ploys and to see these claims for what they really are and that is good news for all. For all that is really needed by the people of this World is to stay calm and at peace and not react to the stories that are being perpetuated continuously and then the stories are instantly replaced with more and become more and more laughable to those who can see what is really going on.

We see that there are many underground movements occurring to bring about great reforms in government and other institutions and that this will continue to grow exponentially as more and more people will join in these movements and add their voices to the demands for positive changes to start taking place. All over the Internet that touches across your World, people are banding together in common purpose and creating these movements for change, for change is upon the face of the Earth in every facet of it. Practice deep breathing each day and accept the changes that are happening. Life is teeming with infinite possibilities and probabilities at this time and choices are being worked out through your connections with your Higher Selves.

Trust that the Universe is unfolding all as it should and that you are supported on your journey, for as Lightworkers, you have been key to what is now unfolding all about you. Continue to stand in your Light and maintain your centers, seek that connection within your heart space in your alone times.

Once again...you are what you think you are.

Your mind will run you around,

until you still it

The world we live in is but one among an infinite number of realms and realities that are available to us. Joys and wonders abound in places that only become known when we are able to stop the constant onslaught of our egos.

Indeed, when we take into consideration the vastness of All That Is, the part of us that is our persona, our ego, is very small, so small in fact as to be almost inconsequential in the great scheme of things. Of course, it would have us thinking otherwise. In seeking constant validation for its own existence, the ego has us telling ourselves that we know better than others, that we're smarter than most everyone else (even if our IQ hovers near dog-level), and that the world would be a marvelous place if others would just follow our lead. In short, our ego is lying to us every step of the way, and it for us to find our way out of the maze of lies so our Spirit can shine forth.

That's what's important. Our Spirit calls out for release, for unbounded expression, for love and expansion. While, at the same time, our ego blocks the awakening of our Spirit with its constant distraction into mundane trivialities and survival issues which are, most often, unfounded. Isn't it time that we put the ego in its place? How about, for openers, if we give it the same consideration that we give our body every summer? How about we give it a two week vacation so our Spirit can come out and party for awhile?

The destiny of men and women on Earth today is not to be found chasing after the promise of the American Dream. Those of us who grew up in the baby boomer generation have seen the American Dream come and go. It has outlived its usefulness. There was a time when it was very attractive, but it has left many of us feeling empty. One day, we may have been at the top of the material world, enjoying all of its bounty; and, the next day, that bounty could become burdensome or nonexistent, leaving us to wonder why we spent so much time and energy pursuing it.

A common thread that runs through the minds of many of us is that there has to be more to life. There has to be something we can do, or someplace we can go, to achieve the lasting happiness that we instinctively know to be ours. Fortunately, there is a place we can go for fulfillment that offers us a vast range of wonderful experiences. This place lies within us - each and every one of us. As we close our eyes and be still for a few moments, sights, sounds, and feelings that were once hidden show themselves to us. We realize that we are more than our body. We are a Being who lives inside our physical body, and this Being continues to exist long after the physical body is gone.

As we practice looking within, we find that the Spiritual Being who lives inside us is not encumbered by the manmade rules, contrived scenarios, and survival needs of the physical body. It is unlimited. It can take us to worlds we didn't previously know existed. Suddenly, we discover that the true destiny of man and woman is having free access to higher states of consciousness. We see that our future lies in other realms, other dimensions, other Universes. We feel like a seed which has remained dormant for a long time that has now popped its head above the soil, spread its new leaves out for all the world to see, and is reaching its young branches up to the sky.

Mr. Mc Leod's visits to a brighter economic reality...

I recently spent three weeks in the Rust Belt—America’s old industrial heartland—looking at the ways Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, Cleveland and Detroit have responded to economic crises. I was seeking what lessons these cities might have for my hometown of Sacramento.

This tour followed 10 days in Europe studying Mondragon, which is the world's largest and most complex system of worker-ownership. Mondragon is located in the Basque Country, in Northern Spain. This region has taken an economic trajectory opposite the Rust Belt. While Cleveland and Detroit fell apart, the Basques clawed their way back from post-war devastation and oppression to achieve an average income that is now nearly 40 percent higher than the European average.

Mondragon: A better economy

Mondragon's cooperative system, inspired by a parish priest in the aftermath of World War II, combines voluntary shared ownership with democratic control. Here, dozens of cooperative enterprises build washing machines and buses, assembly lines and microchips, skyscrapers and bridges; they include Spain’s second largest retailer—with 2,400 locations nationwide—and one of Spain’s largest banks.

Mondragon has also built its own systems of medicine, education, social security and more. Their co-ops employ more than 100,000 people, and have consistently outperformed the rest of the Spanish economy. They weathered a severe recession in the 1980s without resorting to layoffs of their members. Even now, Mondragon’s tens of thousands of co-owners have a degree of job security that is rare elsewhere.

Mondragon’s success is based on collective capital. A large portion of profits is allocated to the capital accounts of individual workers. But the real genius is that until they retire, that capital is pooled for investment in new cooperatives. In contrast, U.S. retirement funds are often invested in the stock market where they may be used in ways that go against the worker and the community’s interests, such as mergers or moving jobs overseas.

Mondragon is a self-duplicating system that has created a genuine alternative economy. The Basque Country feels very different from the United States, and this is especially true in the areas where the cooperatives are well established. The co-ops link their starting wage to the prevailing wage, and generally limit executive pay to only six times starting wages of the workers; the chief-executive officer of the whole system can make only nine times the base wage. As a result, I saw much less visible poverty and hardly any conspicuous wealth.

I was also impressed by thriving rural industries. Small towns tucked into beautiful mountain valleys boasted large modern factories, sometimes numbering in the dozens. It was as though Placerville had a clean, locally owned manufacturing sector as a centerpiece of their economy. It is the sort of economy I would expect a community to choose, if given the choice.

I’ve never seen anything like it in California.

A new Rust Belt?

Sacramento has never been a big factory town, but it is facing major structural unemployment similar to what struck the Rust Belt a generation ago. Our main industries (agriculture, government, real estate) are struggling. We have a number of empty and half-built buildings, fallow fields and dead orchards. The State of California has a fiscal crisis with no end in sight, affecting this capital city like nowhere else.

Every time Sacramento gets some good news, it is quickly overwhelmed by bad. The real estate market may be perking up again, but news from the state of California—Sacramento’s largest employer—is nothing but grim: $20 billion deficits stretch off into the future. Agriculture is also quite precarious.

During my trip—a sort of economic pilgrimage—I sketched out some areas for further research, which I hope will prompt my community to ask hard questions as it faces these interlocking crises.

Will Sacramento be another Cincinnati, whose concentration of corporate headquarters protected it from the worst of deindustrialization? Or will we follow Detroit’s full-scale collapse, which has driven away more than half of the city’s population and created great opportunity for grassroots development? Will we take the path of Pittsburgh, which reinvented itself through “meds and eds”? Or will our reinvention take the form of Cleveland, where subsidy-based economic development failed and worker ownership is now regarded as the best cure for rampant poverty?

At first glance, there isn’t much similarity between these cities and our own. Our climate and culture are obviously different, as well as our economic foundations. Sacramento has much less of the deep urban decay that has stricken the Rust Belt.

However, Sacramento faces serious crises: water shortage, real-estate collapse and over-extended governments. Our troubles could eventually rival those of the Rust Belt, so we should learn from their experience and consider job creation through Mondragon-style cooperatives, as they are starting to do. This approach is relatively low cost, protects local wealth and can have a high payoff whether the economy improves or deteriorates. More importantly, cooperatives can make improvement more likely.

Each of the cities I visited are now home to some sort of cooperative organizing, more or less modeled after Mondragon. To see how this developed, and hopefully shorten Sacramento’s learning curve, let’s briefly look at their experiences.

A tale of four cities

Cincinnati is home to an unusual concentration of major corporations. These headquarters have created a high concentration of white-collar jobs, which may have been resistant to the industrial job losses faced by the region beginning around 1980. Unemployment here was not as bad as the other cities. Still, Cincinnati has not escaped unscathed and now has unemployment around 9.4 percent, compared to 10 percent nationally and 12.3 percent in Sacramento.

In Cincinnati, I visited many decaying neighborhoods, and saw factories replaced by half-vacant office parks. These sorts of problems—along with a visit by local nuns to Mondragon—have inspired Interfaith Business Builders to launch a janitorial cooperative, giving low-income residents a chance a business ownership and control of their workplace. IBB is now working toward opening a retail store.

Pittsburgh was devastated by the collapse of the domestic steel industry, but reinvented itself through education and medicine, and has done relatively well in recent years. Local unemployment is now at only 7.7 percent, well below the national average. However, there are limits to Pittsburgh’s recovery, and the city’s many college graduates often move away in search of work.

Recognizing the need for more jobs, Pittsburgh-based United Steelworkers—North America’s largest industrial union—are launching an historic agreement with Mondragon to create worker cooperatives throughout North America. This initiative, coincidentally announced during my visit in late October, marks the first time that Mondragon has publicly partnered with another group outside Spain to reproduce itself.

This is big news, but USW is not the first large organization to attempt to recreate Mondragon’s success.

Last October, the Cleveland Foundation sponsored a study trip to Mondragon, and then led an initiative that is channeling the buying power of several hospitals and a university into the struggling neighborhoods in which they are located, an area known as University Circle.

While in Cleveland, I visited Evergreen Cooperative Laundry. This green industrial laundry is the first of a planned network of worker-owned businesses linked by cooperative financing. Ohio Cooperative Solar is also underway, and next year the foundation plans to launch a five-acre urban greenhouse to provide millions of heads of lettuce and bunches of fresh herbs, grown right in Cleveland.

What interests me most about Cleveland’s efforts is the extent to which the city’s economic leaders—including the mayor’s office—have bought into the cooperative model. The city already tried attracting business through workforce development, but the lack of connection to specific jobs undermined that approach. There is an emerging consensus that the only way to sustainably build community wealth is through community ownership of business. There is also a strong common desire to avoid the fate of their neighbor across Lake Erie.

Detroit’s struggles are well known, but their severity is difficult to grasp from afar; the once-thriving metropolis is now a ghost of its former self. I only saw a fraction of the city, but in most of what I did see, empty houses (often burned or partially collapsed) outnumber those still occupied, while vacant lots outnumber them both. The last two major grocery stores closed in 2007 and in some areas it can be a mile between convenience stores.

Detroit is full of community activists seeking to build something entirely new. Community gardens flourish. A coalition of churches has joined with the United Food and Commercial Workers union to form the Detroit Community Grocery Store Coalition. They seek to address the near total absence of food access in much of Detroit.

Detroit is not hopeless. Once again, I found people inspired by cooperatives. Local activists recently brought in a speaker from Mondragon for a few days this fall, and there was avid interest in what I saw on my trip.

Bringing it home

A month of travel has given me new eyes for Sacramento’s economic troubles and for possible solutions. We don’t have to try desperately to attract outside corporations through subsidies and weak regulation. We don’t have to wait for the job market to turn around, or for state employment to recover. We don’t have to keep relying on an agricultural system that is dominated by global commodity markets and a few corporations.

Cooperative ownership can be a key part of solving Sacramento's problems. Rust Belt citizens are discovering what Mondragon has to offer, and we should too. Our nation and our own city are still reeling from last year's banking crisis, so there is a greater need than ever to find new ways of doing business.

Mondragon’s example has taken a generation to gather steam in the Rust Belt, but we cannot afford to wait that long.

Jesus is just alright with me...

Beloved one, I would speak with you about the new year of your timing. 2010, as you will call it, is an arbitrary reckoning because, as you have seen, there are other calendars and other reckonings, but you are calling it 2010. It is going to be a most wonderful year. Many awakenings. Much of judgment. Old issues are going to come up to be judged and quickly resolved, because you now have the tools: you now have the understandings you did not have in other lifetimes because you were kept within the parameters of what had been taught to you, what your priests and rabbis and what the parents and generations of parents had told you.

But now those parameters have opened up. And yes, you are going to have old issues that are going to come up, but then, as we spoke previously about the measure of mastery, you are going to see that you can quickly surrender and let them go. And, let me say first of all, as you do judgment of any issue, there is no judgment of you. It is an experience; that is all it is.

You can stay in that judgment as long as you want to or as short as you want to; it is just what you are experiencing. You will move on then to love, to love self, and to laugh at self and to say, "Oh, there's that issue again. I know it well. Okay, I'm going to wrestle with it for a few minutes, maybe even an hour, maybe even a whole day or longer. I'm going to wrestle with it until I'm really complete with it. And if it comes up again, I'll wrestle with it again, because how dare it come up again."

But throughout all of that, what you are really saying is, "I am the master. I am going to wrestle with it until I'm done with it." And that is the master speaking. It is not the issue speaking, but it is the master speaking, and it is okay to wrestle with old issues. There is no time limit. Just do what you want to do with the old feelings, and if they do not feel good, then you move on.

The next year in your timing is going to give you opportunity not only to be in judgment of yourself, but to be in judgment of others. Many of your so-called leaders are not leading. They are leading from behind, allowing others to go out and do the hard work while they sit behind the desk and wonder, "Which choice suits my career better than another choice?"

They also are wrestling with their issues, their own issues from this lifetime and other lifetimes. So you can cut them a bit of slack, perhaps not too much, but some. You will have opportunity to watch ones wrestle with their own inner conscience, their own divine knowing of peace and respect, and how they weigh the inner Voice against worldly acclamation and temporal power.

You are going to see some of the leaders waking up and speaking perhaps of unpopular things to speak; to take up issues and to be brave enough to speak against the current tide of what has been.

You are going to see some of your leaders saying things that are not putting their career forward, but yet saying what needs to be said. You have a leader in this geo-political area who came into office a year ago by speaking what the common man wanted to have said. And now you are waiting for him to get it together and start using what energy he can to put forward some of the programs that you want to see happen.

He is a very wise person. He has been a leader in other lifetimes, as well, and he comes to this position with great knowledge. And he is biding his time. He is not being indecisive as some would portray him. He is biding his time to allow some of the pieces to fall into place, to allow some of the ones that he works with to have time to resolve in their own minds and hearts what is important and to work through some of their issues, as well.

By appearances, it looks like he is not really doing that much, but the greatest of masters are the ones who do not tell you how to do something. They show you by being, and that is what he is doing. He is showing great patience. He is listening to everyone, which allows them some clarity as they get a chance to put forward their position and how they feel about various things; he is being as the wise parent or as the master who allows other ones to speak until finally they may come to some clarity about what their true position is and why they feel that position to be right or not right. And it takes awhile to be able to look at issues from different angles.

In this next year you are going to see some conflicts coming up because of that allowance, and you are going to hear a lot of the same old rhetoric, and yet there is going to be a new voice that is going to start to be heard. It began some time ago, and it is going to increase in volume so that not only those of you who want to hear a new voice of respect, but other ones are going to be able to hear it, as well.

You have built into this reality the most wonderful gift of time, and you chafe against it sometimes. There is a process that seemingly stretches on and on. There is a saying in your world that ones like the fast food; they like everything immediately if not yesterday, and so you are expecting instant results--and the expectation is based on a true Reality, capital "R", of remembering instant manifestation. You remember from other times, other realities and other times in this reality, where you would think what you wanted and with the snap of a finger or a reaching out, it would be right there.

However, the rules of the game as they are set right now in this reality are that it is going to be a process, and that takes a little bit longer. But in this next year you are going to see an acceleration of time. Many of you have been feeling that as soon as you get up in the morning, the day is finished and you have not done all of the things you had on your list to do.

This next year is going to be even more accelerated--just what you wanted to hear. However, there is a new twist to it, because you are learning, remembering, how to breathe and step out of reality and allow whatever has to be done in that day to manifest itself.

In your next year, what you have seen in the financial arena is going to continue to accelerate and to look, by all appearances, not that great. However, it is a shake-up that has been long in coming and necessary. Your banks are not going to fail. You are not going to have a cataclysmic all-of-a-sudden closing of the banks, where your money is no longer good.

But the banks are going to continue to change. The ones that have not been operating with the best of intentions--and that includes many--are going to partner with other ones, merge, and there is going to be more oversight of them. A year ago in the collective thinking there was a feeling of potential panic that the government would have to shore up the financial institutions; otherwise, everything would collapse. So some golden coins – or rather some figures on paper – were transferred to appease the collective fear.

This year there is a turnaround happening, where in truth the financial institutions--which includes all of the means for manifesting your dreams, your true dreams that come from the higher Self--are going to be partnering with you to bring forth those Dreams--capital "D"--to bring forth the dreams that are based on love, on the heart. So you are going to see a bit of what your news media loves to play up: drama.

Now, your news media is most fun to watch. They are as a dog with a bone. They will take an issue and they will gnaw on that bone, and gnaw on it over and over and over for days and days, until the next bone comes along, and then they chew the new bone. They give you the most dire prophesies because the human collective loves the adrenaline rush. It makes you feel alive.

Your news media want the sponsors to pay their salaries, so therefore they put on the programs that are going to appeal to mass consciousness, and mass consciousness yet wants the adrenaline rush and wants to know that there can be problems out there, and it wants to know about them right away so that it can secure itself against any problems. That is separated ego speaking.

However, you are also going to see a growing subconscious – and then conscious --feeling of optimism. And whenever you have optimism, in this reality that believes in duality, what do you have coming along as companion? Pessimism, of course, the negative. And the brighter the optimism, the darker the dark, so it seems.

So you are going to see in this next year a lot of the light and the dark clashing. That is where you are going to have opportunity to judge holy judgment; in other words, to step back from what is happening and to say, "Everything, even this, serves the atonement, and the quicker we get on with it, the better."

And judgment will come up. It is the human habit to first have judgment; then comes discernment. And you will be moving more and more quickly into the place of discernment and hope.

You are going to see some big battles this next year. I do not mean the usual kind of warfare, although that is going to go on, but the battles of light and dark and the battles of your leaders within themselves, "Do I dare put my career on the line by voting for something that would be good for my fellow man, or should I play along with the game that has been played for so long?" The younger generations in many geo-political groupings – countries, you call them – will be rising up in new thinking, no longer satisfied with the old ways because of the influence of your technology, the internet, which allows them access to progressive information.

This next year is going to be watched, not only by you, but by other Intelligences, as well. As we have spoken to you in other times, you are all star seeds. You have come from other constellations in previous incarnations that may be of form such as this, and more often not of human form, not recognizable form. But I will call them incarnations, because they have been experiences that could be delineated as a lifetime, however long, however short.

You are all star seeds, each and every one of you. Each and every one of the brothers and sisters have all come from different planetary systems. Now, those of you who are of like mind, have a common background, a lineage I will call it, of having come from the same star seed constellations, and you find each other and you recognize each other when you come together. There is a feeling of familiarity, a feeling that you can be friends with this one, you can be open, you can trust, you can laugh. Other ones do not feel quite so familiar.

Other Intelligences are going to be and are and have been watching this melting pot, this mixture of cultures from other planetary systems which have sent ambassadors into this reality to see how they can play in the sandbox together, whether they will play nice or whether they are going to be throwing the sand around.

In this next year you are going to be more aware of other Intelligences. You have had the most wonderful preparatory experiences, evidences of life beyond human collective consciousness. You have heard of the Roswell experience of the landing of the ETs, the extra-terrestrials, ones from beyond Terra, and you have heard the information rumored about how they were and what they brought with them.

You have had--and they continue--the most wonderful crop circles that are not man-made. Man has tried to replicate them overnight or in one day and has not been successful.

There have been sightings of unusual lights in the heavens and they have been explained as many different things, and yet you have had whole groups in various parts of this country and other countries, as well, who have seen the lights in the skies that could not be explained by ordinary means. So you have had preparation.

In this next year it is most probable--not only possible, but probable--that there will be contact made that will be irrefutable, even though the scientific community and the government is going to want more proof. Now, I say probable contact because, as I have spoken to you many times, you are great masters of improv. You are great masters in timing. So it may happen--as it is seen now, it will happen--but it may happen in this year, or it may be out a little farther than this next year. But as it is seen now, contact with other Intelligences will be made.

Ones are having--if they think about it at all--to come to the realization that there has to be life and Intelligence beyond just this planet. At first it feels scary to the human ego to think that, "There might be something else besides me. What's this ‘besides me' going to look like? Is it going to be friendly? Well, if it arrived here before I've gone and arrived on their planet, then it's probably going to be more powerful. And if it's more powerful, maybe I'd better gear up to defend myself," because that has been the habit of the past.

However, you have had very gradual preparation, preparing because it is going to happen. It is only a matter of the timing.

This new year is going to be exciting because of the changes that you are going to bring forth. Enjoy the changes and know that truly you do not walk the path alone. Always I am with you. I hold you in my love.
