Intentionally without tension...let it flow..

How much greater we are than we think we are


There are three main things that can interfere with the manifestation of our intentions. The first is the "yet" factor, which calls on us to remember that just because something hasn't manifested yet doesn't mean that it's not going to manifest. The second is the Highest Good factor which asks us to understand that the Universe knows better for us than we know for ourselves. Sometimes it's just not in our Highest Good - or the Highest Good of others involved - for our intention to manifest. And the third thing that can sabotage us is doubt.

There is a old story about the Knower and the Novice that best explains how to deal with our doubts. When the Novice makes an intention and then, soon after, is faced with doubt or resistance, he tends to buy into the doubts. These doubts can be thoughts coming from inside him that tell him that he can't have, or doesn't deserve, or can't afford whatever it is that he's intended to manifest. Similarly, these doubts can also come from his outside environment in the form of well meaning friends or business advisors who say that he couldn't possibly manifest his desires. As the Novice buys into the doubts, regardless of their source, he sabotages his experience, loses trust in the Laws of Manifestation, and stops his forward movement.

The Knower is a different story. When the Knower is confronted with doubts or resistances, instead of believing in them, he ignores them and continues moving forward. He understands that the Intention Process always works - that we are all grand Creators, capable of great things - and all we have to do is trust that when we hold onto a thought that it will manifest for us. We may not know when or where. We just know that it will.


My Intention for today is:
I intend that I am ignoring any doubts and that I am continuing to move forward toward the manifestation of my intentions.

The Reason For The Season is You

Beloved one, many of you are approaching your holy days, the holy days that you have decreed in order to remember not the birth of one Yeshua, but truly the birth of the Christ. You do this annually so that you have opportunity that one of these years perhaps you will remember it is your own birth as the Christ child that you are celebrating. One of these times--and I say to you this is the year for it, because there have been so many changes in the collective consciousness and so many changes in the individual consciousness--you will come to the place where you awake to your own divinity, to your own Christ Self, to the power and magnitude of your divine holy Self.

This year in your days of holiness, celebrate how wonderful you are as an expression of the energy of divine Intelligence come forth from before time began in order to know expression of the divine, in order to know the love that you are, in order to know the joy that you are.

You have come forth not to suffer the slings and arrows of the world, but you have come forth to play as the innocent holy Child, to play in the joy that is your birthright, to go amongst the brothers and sisters and to encourage them to be Light-hearted once again. You are as the diamonds that sparkle on the ocean. You are the ocean, and you are the drop of water that glistens in the sun.

Allow yourself in this year to come alive in the knowing that it is the birth of the Christ child coming awake, finally, in this reality.

Now, in other realities you are awake; you as the One, you are awake. But in this reality you have said, "I will play for awhile with how it feels to be separate, asleep; to walk my own path and feel that I am alone."

When you take the word "alone" and break it apart, it is "all one". And yet the separated ego will come to you and will say, "You are alone in this world. There is no one who understands you. Even the parents did not understand you. The peers do not understand you. You don't even understand yourself."

Separated ego loves to come on stage and remind you of what the belief has been. Take that to heart: has been. However, there has been a shift in your understanding, your perspective, as well as a shift in the collective consciousness that is making it possible--not only possible, but probable--that in this year in your holy days there will be a new perception of what awakening means, and you will feel unburdened by all of the cares of the world and truly able to go with joy in your heart and light in the footsteps.

You will give the gifts to each other happily, because you want to give of yourself. That is why you give the gifts. It has been a tradition for a long, long time to give gifts during the holy days, and it stems from a deep longing to share of yourself. And as this reality believes in materiality and believes that things have to be tangible, you purchase or you make for ones the tangible gift and you give to them whatever that object may be.

But in truth, what you are giving to them is your love. What you are giving to them is your acknowledgment that they matter, that they have value, that you care about them. That is the bottom line, and that is what is important.

In truth, all of the gifts that are of tangible form are going to crumble into dust in time, sometimes in a short time. Sometimes they last a bit longer, but in time the tangible ones will go the way of all material things. But the love that you give to another one allows them to feel valued, to feel that they are important to someone.

You have seen many of the brothers and sisters wondering, "Why am I here? What good is it that I am here?" More and more of the brothers and sisters are facing this question now as the "economic health" of the whole global community seems to be having a bit of a challenge.

More and more of the brothers and sisters are having to set priorities, having to come to a place where they understand what is truly important, and perhaps getting back to giving of themselves rather than purchasing the expensive tangible gifts.

Everything happens to serve the atonement. I have said this over and over to you so many times that when I say it, it goes in one ear and out the other, bypassing the meaning sometimes. Everything serves the realization of at-One-ment.

Even your global economics is serving the Atonement. In some cases, ones are having to look for new employment and feeling that they are worth less if they cannot find it. They are having to reassess their value, to reassess, "What talents do I have? What can I give of myself?" And the wise ones are coming to a place where even if everything else may be stripped away from them, yet the spirit of them is alive and well.

All of you are the masters who have chosen once again to come to this reality that yet believes in separation, in loss, the possibility of abandonment, the possibility of dis-ease. You have chosen, out of great courage, to come once again to a reality that is not your home. You have not been sent here, afar off, as punishment for great sins. You chose to be here, and you chose, out of great courage, to be here one more time--because this is not your first time in this reality. It may be, if you choose, your last time in this reality, or not, because you may choose that you want to come back in full awareness at a time when the collective consciousness has reached full awareness, and that will happen, even in time.

Even now, if everything seems to show you the possibility of negative consequences, there is hope in your heart; hope is a great gift that you give to yourself. For truly, everything is better already. It will be better on the morrow; that is true. But already you can claim it right now.

It takes only the slightest shift in perception to say, "Hey, I am okay; not only okay; I am a wondrous being. How did I know how to put together all of the millions of cells of this body?" You coalesced the light energy into a form, where the body functions according to what seems to be an unconscious process, but in truth and in time you are going to know the consciousness of the divinity of the Energy which allows you to be incarnate with a solid form, and at the next moment you can be the energy that walks through walls.

Now, in this time as we are approaching your holy days, as we are approaching the time when you will be giving the gifts to each other, I would like to give you a gift. What would you like for Christmas? Think about it. What would you like? What do you want for Christmas?

Close the eyes for a moment and go within and take note of what comes to mind first of all. What do you want for Christmas this year? Think of the tangible things. Usually they come first. Take note of what comes after that. What do you want for Christmas?

Think about it. Allow your mind to be open.

If it has not come to you in just these few minutes, allow yourself in the next meditative time when you sit quietly to go deeper with it. What do you want for Christmas? What is your greatest desire? And know that truly you already have it. I gift it to you in this moment. Whatever it is that you desire, look for it, because it will be there. Look for it, because it is already yours.

I have the power to gift to you whatever you would ask for, for I am the very Son of God. Is it not written that I am the Son of God? I have the power to give you your heart's desire, and you have the power to receive it.

It may be hidden under the Christmas tree somewhere. It may be hidden under the Hanukkah bush. Most likely, it is hidden under a belief that says it cannot be. But I have the power to give it to you, and you have the power to receive it. Trust it. Receive it. Receive it joyfully. Open to it, and know that the secret, which is truly not secret, is that nothing can be denied the beloved -- which you are -- Holy – which you are – Child – which you are – because we are One.

Now, --do not fail me in this--I expect a thank you note. (Smile) When you realize your heart's desire, when you have identified it and when you have looked for it and when you have found it and when you have realized, "I had it all the time," and when you say, "Thank you" to Self, know that truly my love is the Love that you are abiding in, because it is the divine love of the One, and that is what Christmas--Christ Mass--is all about.

So be it.

Oh yes we can create the world we want..

The founder of Damanhur, sent these reflections to be read at the World Conference for Peace, Harmony and Non-violence, in Alyar, India, August 2002.
Peace is one of the most pressing problems facing humanity today, requiring urgent, effective solutions. Yet before we can speak of peace, it is important to establish what is meant by peace. The absence of war is not peace. An armistice is not peace. In order to achieve peace, it we do not need to have a winner and a loser.

In order to achieve peace in the wolrd, an exchange of human and territorial resources needs to bring more advantages than the conflict. There cannot be complete, lasting peace when others are robbed of their resources; it can happen only through co-operation, which can be achieved when the involved parties understand that it will bring advantages to everyone.



A respect for differences and all cultures is thus crucial because the resources, in order to be useful to everyone, must be diversified; it is the exchange of what is different that can permit an avoidance of conflicts aimed at aquiring resources. An equal and fair exchange arises out of the differences between cultures. It is the wealth rooted in the territory that allows for the creation of a local market.


Education plays a very important role in this process, being the means to cultivate valuable human resources. The differences constitute a great wealth that can be best expressed through specialisation. Specialisation is the result of the characteristics of the territory, the culture and the traditions of peoples and individuals. The cultural, genetic and individual differences must be respected, encouraged and rewarded. Intelligence must be stimulated in order to create equal exchange, constant growth and renewal of cultures.
In the world today, there are so many sad examples of peoples who use their customs and traditional cerimonies to attract tourists and their money. This impoverishes even more than ever. It is a new formula of induced colonialism which denies the dignity of these peoples. There can be full dignity even in poverty, but not if we accept this modern formula of imperialism. Those who accept alms-giving accept the crumbs of others. That does not create peace but only generates rage against these new colonisers who take away from these peoples the ability to produce something that has value.

Personal advantage generates poverty for others; collective advantage generates shared prosperity. Damanhur came into being and flourished on the basis of this idea, demonstrating that this method works not only in theory but also in practice. Damanhur has grown without any external financial backing, basing its development on its own strengths and above all on the integration of the human resources that make it up. With 30 years of experience, it is ready to teach its method and to exchange ideas, resources and experiences with whoever is interested, whether they be an institution, a group or an individual. Together we can bring about new sustainable societies, based on equal exchange and respect for differences, in order to create true and lasting peace among all the cultures and peoples of the planet.

Shine Your Light

I am a magnificent being, awakening to my highest potential. I express myself with joy, smiling easily and laughing often. I shine my light.
Working directly with the light is our next step. It doesn't cost us anything to see ourselves happier, more abundant, or full of joy. No one sends us a bill when we see our body in its ideal state of health. We don't need anyone's permission, and we don't have to be in a special place. Nor do we require the use of any fancy devices or tools. In fact, we don't need anything other than our imagination and the light itself, and it's always there, just waiting for us to do with as we please. It doesn't take long working with the light until we begin to shine brighter than ever.
I don't know how long I slept, but when I awoke, a radiantly beautiful woman stood before me. She was dressed in a white-fringed, buckskin dress, intricately beaded with ancient Native American symbols. An eagle feather was tied to her single black braid, and beside her stood a young, pure white buffalo, grazing quietly. I knew from the stories I'd read years ago that she was White Buffalo Calf Woman.
"You're real!" I blurted out.
"I'm as real as you are," she answered, smiling at me.
"But I thought you were a myth or a fairy tale...."
She laughed outloud. "Much is not as it appears to be."
I thought about that and nodded.
She looked at me thoughtfully, her eyes showing a genuine compassion. "You are very close to stepping further into the world of Spirit," she said. "In the world of Spirit, all is known. No secrets exist, and no one can hide. Those who live in Spirit see all that goes on in the world of Matter. But those in the world of Matter do not see into the world of Spirit, unless they learn to shine their light."
"And how do I learn to shine my light?" I asked.
"By doing just what you are doing, Robert. By overcoming your fears. By taking responsibility for your own actions and stepping bravely into the unknown. By asking for guidance, like you did in your intentions this morning."
I didn't say anything. As far as I was concerned, there were still a lot of things that I was afraid of.
"I will give you an example," she said. "When you came upon this magical living stream, you didn't hesitate to drink all you wanted. You trusted in your intuition that the water was good for you, and you weren't frightened to touch it."
"That's true."
"Many people in your world would not have done what you did. They would think the water was poisonous, and they would shy away from it. Their beliefs would have kept them from experiencing the special revitalizing qualities that this water passes on to those who drink of it." She reached down and ran her hand, ever-so-slowly, through the water. From where I sat, it looked like a thousand diamonds glistening as the water trickled through her fingers.
"It is the same with many things in your world. Your people are frightened of things that, in reality, are very beneficial for them."
"What things?" I asked.
"You labor under two great limitations, Robert. These limitations pervade your world and keep you from experiencing your birthright. The first limitation is that there are no worlds other than the one in which you are living. It amazes those in my world how this idea can continue to exist, especially in light of all of the new information which is being made available to you. Where do you think your dreams are coming from? Where do your thoughts, your feelings, or your creative inspirations come from? There is so much more that awaits your people, and yet they cannot access it as long as they believe it doesn't exist."
"Our limiting beliefs create our limited reality?" I stated, rhetorically.
"That's the way it works, Robert. If, on the other hand, your people would seek, in earnest, to step into the world of Spirit, then ancient doors would open, and old friends would bid them to enter."

Wellness
It is for yourself that you see others in their highest light.

No one is well-served by another who, either consciously or unconsciously, talks about disease. The best thing that you can do for anyone is to hold the light for them, seeing them in their perfect state of wellness. Regardless of what they tell you about their maladies, you do them no favor by agreeing with them about their illnesses. When they are temporarily unable to hold the light for themselves, you can hold it for them. You help them by holding a vision in your mind of them in their highest light. And, in this way, you are not reinforcing their sickness and suffering. You are reinforcing their wellness.

When we first started the Intenders, it was common to hear someone putting their sick friends or family into the circle. We would talk about someone's disease, and then intend that it is healed. This practice went on for quite awhile, but we didn't seem to be getting the results we desired from it. So, one evening, we decided to ask our guides and helpers about this. The answer we received was very profound.
We were told that when we give a name to somebody's sickness that we are giving power unto it. We were reminded that our words have power, and when we speak the name of any disease - whether we think it is our own or someone else's - we are actually reinforcing or feeding the disease. This does not help us if our highest priority is to preserve and perpetuate our lives.
We were also reminded that our thoughts are things, and that we are all transmitters and receivers of thoughts. On a level which is normally invisible to us, these thoughts fly through space, just like radio or TV waves, and they are received by the person we are thinking about. When we send out a thought that pictures someone else in it, this thought is received and it tends to manifest. We are all constantly making suggestions with our thoughts to others of how we would like them to be.
So, when we envision others as suffering in any way, we are contributing to their suffering. Conversely, when we see them in their highest light - happy and full of vitality - that is the message they receive. And that is the message that will help them the most.

Lotus Notes...Art is in the eye of the beholder right?

There always must be a method and an art. The method is the theory. The art is the practice. Today, on Earth, method is considered male and while art, the female, is the practice. Things do not have to be this way, however. In your life, the feminine can also become the method. The masculine can become the art.

Expressing & experiencing both the masculine & the feminine as method & art within yourself, will create a balance within your vibrational field which signifies the first major step towards what you call sovereignty. As long as there is an unbalance in this respect, you will find yourself continuously attached to attributes; a state which will be impossible to maintain in your near future.

The major shift that needs to be made is gaining an understanding about the vast differences between the concept of male & female on the one hand, and the concept of masculine & feminine on the other. When this distinction is integrated, you will see that the male & female together form the essence of art. The masculine & feminine both signify the method. Carry all four of these within you and you will open a space inside of yourself that has been called the akene in Lemurian times. The art classes I will present you with after this one are all about activating the akene. We will do this through beautiful creation and expression. As a result, you will return to your original state: a lifeforce being which is no longer controlled by any type of energy.

Before I can teach you how to be a being of lifeforce which creates energy, I must first teach you how to truly move energy around within the illusion of time. It is impossible to move energy around when it is stuck on a timeline. If you try, for instance, to move energy which is stuck on a past timeline and, as such, has a past signature, you will end up moving it into the future where it will appear beyond your control. The same happens for energy with a future signature: it will move into the present where it again will appear beyond your control.

Moving energies from past to future and the like is not something that assists you, especially not in a mental reality where past does not carry with it attributes that are going to help you in your future. Future energy moving into the now can only bring create fear, postponement, lack and desire in your present moment. Desire can only exist when it is based on these three things: fear, postponement and lack.

Many who study metaphysics today have become energy movers of the now and although this is great in theory, unfortunately they create for themselves a world of control because they think they have to keep things straight within the now which creates fear about the past or future. The only energy they dare to work with is the energy of now, not knowing that the energy available in their now is still coming from their past or future timeline because it is still based on the idea of ‘keeping things going’. This attitude is the result of following a mental program, where mind makes its host believe that they are in the present moment while this is not so. As they start to identify with the energy that they are moving in the now, they become the program. This is when masks start to be worn in life. This is when you become a victim of the mental now.

The power of now cannot be discovered within the now. It can, however, be expressed within the moment of singularity: that which does not change as you move from moment to moment to moment. Although different for a lifeforce (tonal) being, the experience of singularity stays the same throughout most of an energy (vibrational) being’s life. It may have many experiences from moment to moment, but the point of experience stays the same because it will always think that it is its body. It will always believe it is the person staring back in the mirror, never the one it crosses on the street. Vibrational beings will never shift their point of singular consciousness (or their singularity) to encompass more than they think they are.

A being of singularity understands that the mental now perspective is limited; it can see that its life’s experiences do not move it from one ‘now moment’ to another but that all of existence it but one singular moment with many experiences. This seems to be a subtle different but it gives access to, quite literally, a whole different world. If you can take your life up to that level where all of it (including your past, present and future) becomes one moment, you will actually begin to see that all lifetimes that you live are simply other expressions of the singularity which is you. Integrating this insight will allow you to re-enter your own infinite existence, a space where age or gender and all of these limiting things no longer exist. In short, it means total freedom.

This one singular moment which I have briefly introduced is your work of art and claiming it makes you a creator of expression. When you stop taking all of these linear realities less seriously, they become the art of life.

Have you ever known writers, painters or singers who take themselves too seriously to truly be successful beyond the existence of several moments in their lifetimes? I don’t think so. It is only when you start enjoying the process of creating your art, i.e. your life, that you will make true strides on your ascension path.

Let me ask you this: does it truly matter when something happened? Where it happened? Does it matter that it happened? Do you really have to give a darn how you felt as it happened?

Where and when something happens, and with whom, is but your canvas and your paint. How you experience what happens, i.e. how you reflect upon it and the feelings that you choose to have concerning it, is the brush with which you paint your moment.

You, an expresser of creativity and the sole creator of your own expression, are the artist and the art.

This is from Kuthumi...a beautiful entity indeed..

Oh sweet angel, there is a hole in your heart, just like there is a hole in your mind and in your belly: this is the three-kakra system that you have used in order to create your reality. The hole is the energy that was taken away from you, moved into outer reality to form the linear landscape and then eventually to move back into you and apparently fill up these three holes… but not quite.

This is the construct of your personality and if you can realize that these 3 spots in your beingness do not need to be destroyed but just reworked, this construct that you have called personality. You need to carry it within long enough to hit the point of ascension, after which this now rampant construct once again will be YOU.

Instead of thinking of yourself as a non-complete being, think of yourself as a Grand Master who has chosen to create these openings, putting them out there in the realm of the undefined and see what would eventually return to you during the past thousands and thousands of years of your evolution. You, in short, are perfection.

If you could only see that this personality that you have created has been perfect for the evolutionary path you have followed and that it is now time to neutralize this energy, then you could truly and finally let go of your past by seeing it for what is was. Only then will you see meaning in the apparent meaningless, the order within the chaotic. You will once again know that you have defined the final part of the undefined space of this twelfth quantum dimension that you sit in.

The last part to be explored, the last part to be defined, was the inner. You have been so brave to take this journey, this step to rip yourself apart and manifest yourself outside of you, only then to discover that you could not exist without your outside reality, that you could not make it separate from you and now to return to this. On this great day of days, this great month of months, YOU, the queen of queens and the king of kings are reclaiming your final position on the throne of your body temple and everything that moves outside of that. Let us look at how all of this is taking place on the level of the macro-cosmic. In order to do this, I need to talk about a concept that you know as kundalini.

Kundalini, or as it was once called in the old original language of Lemuria the mahani aja ne’ah neh, is simply the acceleration of that which was once inside of you and now appears to be outside of you: the raw energy of personality which has created this whole reality, the apparition of your earth, your universe, your galaxies, your cosmos, and your physical body as a fine type of filter that would separate outer reality from your inward one.

Kundalini is returning to your reality on a permanent basis and for many of you consciousness pioneers, it has already done so in the course of 2009. The return of kundalini can be called ‘personality coming home to you’, it is the return of the prodigal son and daughter that went out into the cosmos to explore the last particle that was to be explored, while the god self, the I AM that I AM, remained within, ever patient, ever explorative, waiting for its little version of itself to come back home.

The kundalini returning back to earth after 12000 years of cyclic adventures throughout creation, exploring the non-self, is not a coincidence. This acceleration energy opens up the three-kakra system of the head, the chest and the belly allowing you to bring the energy of personality home, and was only created at the moment of separation between the ‘I AM’ that is YOU and the ‘I AM’ that you are not.

There is indeed an ‘I AM not’ and this is your personality, a necessary instrument to explore the undefined and define it by experiencing a reality it considered not to be part of itself. The personality, even though it is parasitic in nature, has created the potential for you to become ONE again. The construct is similar to the higher self generation the human self on Earth. You, the human self, is the ‘higher version’ of your personality. The only difference is that the human you is not in an ascended state while your higher self is. As such, you could not properly understand the personality that you express yourself with and you could not have the ascended patience, love and dedicated service to assist your personality in returning to you, that the higher self does practice towards the human self.

This is what you needed to understand and now that you do, you can take a more ascended stance in all of this and allow the parasite to die, neutralize and return to the heaven which is you. It is similar to the process you have undergone yourself as you came into this Earth, creating an illusionary separation between yourself and your higher self.

We have always said that time and space need to be defined as a dimension of size, and as such there is an ever ongoing string of pearls. You are part of that string. Your higher self is part of that string and behind it there is an infinity of reflection until you go all the way back to the central sun, which then again is a pearl on its way back to reflecting the one ‘I AM’ that you truly are. This effectively results in neutralizing the ‘I AM not’ since it now can no longer exist for its own concept is designed to nullify itself eventually.

The kundalini coming back to you permanently is allowing you to reconnect to that pearl of strings and to understand that there truly is no separation between you and all things and people surrounding you. The result will be a sense of understanding there truly is no other people around; you truly are constantly interacting with self.

It's the latest craze! The Wave Dance...get connected today!

The heart exists in the now. It doesn't need time; it doesn’t need analysis or processing. It needs no thoughts; it just feels, sensing its environment. This is the power of love. This is the power of magnetism. The heart pulses, alive with this power, constantly. These pulses are not heartbeats, they happen in the moment between heartbeats. It’s the pulse called consciousness or, in short, love.

Stillness is not still at all, just like a wave can never truly be a wave but water expressing itself. Water has the ability to do this because of the magnetic pull of the moon. She is the reason why a wave exists to begin with.

Did you know that the moon is in love with the Earth? Did you know that this is why there’s such a magnetic and gravitational pull between them? The Earth is in love with the moon as well, that’s why they circle around each other throughout eternity, with grace, never touching. They choose to discover one another again and again, for the moon understands that the Earth is always new. The Earth understands that the moon is always now. They understand that whenever they observe each other, they are always different for no moment is alike.

If indeed the waves are created by the magnetic pull of the moon, then the waves are truly the result of the moon loving Earth. It is possible to create your reality by being in love with everything around you. Look at creation around you in stillness.

You will never hear the moon and the Earth talk, they don’t need to. They understand each other; they have an agreement, a relationship. They gravitate towards one another and yet their incredibly powerful gravitational field, a mass bigger than anything you can imagine with your mind, does not crush each other. In this huge force called gravity they have found balance.

Reality around you resembles what you are. There are huge forces inside of you. You are planets revolving around one another; you are universes making first contact at all times. In touching, you often try to put your energy onto something, some person or object, and this is something you cannot do. It will always create unbalance. It will always upset the other system.

What if the moon got greedy, what if the moon felt she needed to penetrate the Earth, touch the Earth, become one with the Earth? She would destroy the Earth and all life.

And so these two great lovers choose to do their eternal dance, hence creating a reality where consciousness can thrive.

You have all done this; penetrated one another energetically. Everyone, at some point in their evolution, has tried to posses the other. You have destroyed originality in others, while having been destroyed by others in your original authentic state.

How is it possible for someone to do such a thing? The answer, as seen from the perspective of forgiveness and truth, is simple as always: only because they thought this was love. They thought it was the only way.

It’s missing the mark of existence though, trying to put your energy onto another life form. It’s the result of mind creating thoughts because of which you think the other life form is not you.

If you go into the stillness of the heart, the moment between the heartbeats, you will know that all this other life around you, all these other objects revolving around you is really you, just you!

The moon understands that the sun is a reflection of the energy of the Earth. The sun understands that the moon is a reflection of the energy of the Earth. The Earth understands that the moon is a reflection of the sun and the sun understands that it is a reflection of Mars and Mars understands it is a reflection of yet another planet and so this entire solar system exists in balance.

If you are reading this message, if you have put your heart in the position to find these words, then you’ve gotten to a point where you can be like the solar system. You can enter into relationships and exchange with another, by just revolving around the other, by just using the gravitational field that exists when two magnetic fields, two spheres of love, come together and dance. Do you see?

If you raise your consciousness you will see the entire planet and all life entranced in a dance. The drops of water forming the waves and waterfalls don’t destroy each other; they just dance and play around with all the elements. They end up as they should and as they can. Take your examples and lessons from the world around you. Take them from the earth and from the light of the sun and from the water. Take your lessons, why wouldn’t you?

We must look at that which creates this world for you, that which still filters the reality that you see from the inside of you to the outside: your neuro-synaptic pathways and your neural net. Today, we can begin taking a step away from that which you have called the neuro-synaptic pathways and move towards the neuro-holographic ones. This is quite a different thing indeed. Mind, as it was in its original form, did not predetermine or predefine your thoughts. The mind and the brain were quite harmonious in a way.

In the course of the last centuries of human evolution, especially after the Lemurian era, this harmony changed and the mind began modifying the workings of your brain. Originally, the human brain worked with neuro-holographic pathways, which are geometrical formations that exist between the connection of the neurons and synapses, forming a pattern that acts as a transmitter/receiver. Embedded within this holographic system is the ability to pick up the fullness of the projected, surrounding universe and to be in unity with that. This is the original setting of the mind, one could say. Instead, the brain became a collection of thoughts run by a program that carefully selects those particles, concepts, ideas that will eventually create restriction, lack, pain… suffering.

Make the choice with me now, and no longer be in need of these words and concepts of limitation. Move away from the illusions with me. To undo your neuro-synaptic pathway system and step into a neuro-holographic one we must first determine the nature of your own geometrical patterning. This is unique to each of you, as you carry a geometry within that, once seen for what it is, can never be ignored again.

In your original human state, this patterning shows up in a very chaotic way and all its particles are shattered throughout your system. This is what you have called ‘vibrational energy’. What is unique about humanity is that your specific geometrical patterning has twelve patterned points. In the deeper layers of themselves, these points expand into 144 potentials of themselves, each having the ability to manifest the original geometrical pattern. It’s what we call a holographic prototype.

However, as you moved from this blueprint to the more limited model of thought, you have become a 12-vibrational being with 144 frequencies, not potentials. This indeed is the sluggish and chaotic geometrical pattern that most humans unknowingly maintain today.

The question that is being raised here in this moment then, is: “Solarys, how can I move back from these twelve vibrations in which I sit, which have served me most of my lifetimes? I am so used to it. How can I change them if the world around me is organized this way?”

I tell you that the world around you is not organized in this way at all. You are the one doing the organizing, are you not? It is a well-known fact that Gaia, Earth, and all other creatures with her do not seek to exist in a chaotic pattern. We seek to exist in a pattern that is harmonious and expansive and ever-abundant in the way of universal love, joy, freedom and truth.

You carry within you a greater responsibility than you have potentially thought. If I lay claim to the fact that you organize the reality around you then the responsibility that you need to take is to look at what you have created, without judgment or fear, and to forgive yourself & all things around you, in order to return to a harmonious state with the completeness of the universe.

It’s not that difficult. Humanity, hear me now! It is not difficult to love the war that you see. It is not difficult to love the hunger that you see, for in the knowingness of the love that you can have for these things also lays their resolution. You hold the key! You, as a race and an individual carrying within itself the wholeness of the race, can turn this key today. There isn’t a need for waiting. There is no longer a need for growth. You do not have to remove yourself in a linear trap from becoming that which you want to be. Ascension will entail the switch from the limited neuro-synaptic pathways to an expansive neuro-holographic system. You hold the key and you determine when it is turned. I, Solarys, and many of the others that work with me understand that you keep waiting for external forces, or what you deem to be external forces at least, to tell you when it is going to happen, to tell you what to do in order for it to happen. But this is not the case! You hold the key!

Things can come to you at the last minute...oh boy!!


The French have a word "denouement" which, in essence, means that sometimes we are taken to the eleventh hour and fifty-ninth minute and fifty-ninth second - and then the Universe lays everything we intended in our lap. Of course, we tend to think that we can second-guess the Universe by predicting the times when our intentions will manifest for us. But the truth is that we can never really know when things will happen. We can only know that they will happen.

"Another thing I always admired about Mark was his relaxed attitude toward life; how he worked hard, but never seemed to be in a hurry. When I asked him how he stayed so calm, he said that he didn't allow himself to get too attached to specific outcomes, especially where time was concerned. He said that letting go and patience go hand in hand, and that we need to understand that our timing and the Universe's timing are two different things. Our manifestations, he said, really can come at the last minute. But, if we interfere with the Intention Process by doubting, cutting corners, or stressing and striving, we lose the chance of seeing what would have happened if we'd waited a little longer. In fact, he said, as hard as it is to get used to, there are times when it's definitely in our highest good to have things come to us at the last minute. How else, he asked, would we learn about trust? How else would we gain the inner strength necessary to take the next step in our evolution? He said that the Universe knows the precise, perfect time for the cocoon to open up so that the young butterfly can spread its wings and fly away. According to him, it's the same with us. But, like the butterfly, we must be willing to wait."

So often human beings sabotage themselves by not trusting that the Universe will bring their creations to them in the perfect timing. The "Knower" is willing to wait until the last minute for his or her intentions to manifest. The "Novice" is not.
